• Fourier series, Fourier integrals, and Fourier transform.
• Separation of variables, the heat equation in one dimension, the wave equation in one dimension and the potential equation in a rectangle.
  
• Semi-infinite and infinite regions.
  
• Sturm-Liouville problems and eigenfunction expansions.
  
• Higher Dimensions, polar and spherical coordinates.
  
• Bessel functions and applications.
